Be careful! Got it!

Things move fast in this town and I was made sure of that when I went for a walk before lunch and stumbled across a whole heap of street art pieces that seem to have materialized out of thin air over the weekend. I had to move a few bins and jump a few walls to get some of these photos, but I think they’re worth it. I hope you enjoy. I’m off to wash my hands.

  3. I absolutely LOVE street art, the people who create it are so imaginative and creative. It really adds life to the urban streetscape and lightens our lives so much.

I’d much rather see this than super lame ‘tagging’. However we have bylaws here and if someone tags or paints on a building the owner is fined heavily if its not cleaned within a set timeframe. The city has some commissioned street art downtown, but its not the same.

    1. I’ve never hear of that, and it’s very interesting. The owner of the building is liable for the tagging? If that is the case and I owned a building, I’d be commissioning murals on every available surface! At least I’d get my money’s worth.
