Festive Street Art

The paint had barely dried on this striking new mural in Stucley Place when I snapped a picture of it this morning. The work is by the Lost Souls group (more specifically SiMitchell, SPzero76 and Squirl) who some readers may remember had a piece in this spot earlier this year. I actually caught the group working on the piece yesterday afternoon, but they looked very involved with their work and I didn’t want to intrude. Tell me what you think in the comments.

I feel like I walked in during the middle of someone else’s story without catching the first half.

Love it! And I love the way they’ve left part of the Ador and Semor old work – guy peeping over the top. And lexvanson’s comment makes sense too.

  3. This is really beautiful. I love street art and try to take as many pics as I can…so many in our city. Where is this taken? Thanks for visiting my blog 🙂

    1. Hi,
This is in Camden Town, London, UK.

  4. In my opinion street art is one of the most straightforward art – I love it!
And I love how the guys incorporated weird ‘things/ doings’ in this (not so) ‘harmonic’ winter scene. Awesome! (:

  5. I love quality street art, it’s an expression of ordinary people, like me. Often brightening up an otherwise drab generic looking street, thanks for sharing with us.

What is up with the trolling Queen? American, and don’t understand what role she is playing in your immigration debacle/debate. I mean, Cool snowman!

I think I love it and there’s me, in the pink dress, even though I don’t actually like pink. I’d happily have them here, painting my walls.
