New Art at Work

They’ve put some new artwork up around my building and I’m not sure if I like the stuff or hate it. I’ll leave some of it here and let you decide for yourselves. Tell me what you think.

I like it. Definitely a feast for the eyes. So many things to look at and focus on.

  2. awtytravels says:

Meh. That’s pretty much all this ‘art’ inspires me.

  3. Karen says:

I know a lot if people like this kind of art but it’s not for me ?

  4. Dāsha says:

I love most of them, im just unsure about the one with the Aztec print background

  5. Who is your interior decorator? Bad, bad, bad. I’d have trouble concentrating on my work. Although the Transformer Head would actually have me transfixed all day.

These pieces are so rad! I would love to be able to draw like that

  7. gertloveday says:

    Hate it. All of it.

  8. It’s cool but I wouldn’t hang any of it in my home.

  9. Ally says:

I love the colour and line in the bear one, but the rest don’t appeal to me at all.

  10. keachfan says:

Oh that’s truly horrible I would have to remove that from my area or suffer migraines.

  11. alexjrankin says:

I’m erring on the ‘hate’ side of things.

  12. well, the bears are passable, but it’s all so aggressive and penetrable and NOT inducive to get some quality work done, i should think

  13. pjoy93 says:

Not a fan. I couldn’t work with all that around me. The bear and wolf, perhaps, but not where I can see them all the time. Give me a boat in the harbr any day.

  14. bookemstevo says:

They are a bit much all together. Visual overload.

  15. I like birdhead girl and the astronaut. Individually they are nice to look at but all together may be a bit of overkill!

  16. jackcollier7 says:

Yeah, well, I pretty much hate all this stuff.

  17. hmmm, could be worse…

  18. I like two or three of them, but…style’s a bit all over the place, huh? Hurts the head.

  19. paulvreeland says:

    Thanks for documenting the ephemeral.

Better than the concrete and brick jungles that typifies the east end

  21. carolyninjoy says:

I find all of the ones shown to be slightly disturbing.
